Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. To keep everything smooth and respectful of everyone’s time, please review the policies below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s).
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Late Arrivals
- If you’re more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service to respect the next appointment.
- 15+ minutes late may be treated as a no-show (100% charge).
Same-Day Bookings
- Same-day bookings are final and cannot be canceled without a 100% charge.
How to Cancel / Reschedule
- Use the online booking system or contact me via text/phone at (949) 209-7257.
- Cancellations via social media DM are not accepted.
